A typical meatball recipe in Vietnamese style, these tiny meaty bites are seasoned with fish sauce, rice wine and soy sauce with a hint of sugar and garlic for a defined flavor.

Ingredients:
- Ground beef,
- Ground beef, 1 ½ pound
- Soy sauce, 1 tablespoon
- Rice wine, 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil, 1 tablespoon
- Fish sauce, 1 tablespoon
- Cornstarch, 2 tablespoons
- Sugar, ½ teaspoon
- Garlic, 2 clove
- Egg white, 1
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- Take handful mixture and roll between the palms and make medium sized balls.
- Align them on skewers and grill until well done.
