Also known as nước chấm, this dipping sauce is a must have with every single meal. It’s a combination of fish sauce, sugar and lime juice. The flavors are blended finely with a hint of Thai chilies to execute balanced spice.

Ingredients:
- Fish sauce, 2 tablespoon
- Water, 6 tablespoon
- Lime juice, 2 tablespoon
- Thai chilies, to taste
- Sugar, 2 tablespoon
- Garlic, 1 teaspoon, chopped
Method:
- Dissolve sugar in water.
- Add lime juice and mix.
- Now add garlic and chilies, mix well.
- Add fish sauce and give a nice stir.
- Serve.
